BANKRUPTCY COURT.
Monday, Decembeh 13. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) IN BE BEBGEB. Mr. Stafford moved for the annulment of the bankruptcy, and read a number of affidavits to show that tho petitioning creditors, Messrs. J. A. Krull and R. J. Duncan, had acquiesced in the deed of arrangement, and therefore were bound by it. Mr. Travers argued contra. His Honor reserved his decision till next day.
