Properties for Sale SALE.—The property known as the , Castle Point : Bun anti Station, situate upon the East Coast. This property comprises over 16,000 acres of freehold land and 6000 acres of land Crown granted to natiyes, and held under lease for 21 years. The whole property-has within the last two years been substantially fenced, and is subdivided into six large and numerous small paddocks. During the same time considerable quantities of English grass have been sown, and with great success.
