RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Tuesday, November 30. Thomas Johnston, for being drunk and incapable, was fined 55., and costs, with the usual alternative. Richard Atkins, charged with a breach of the Destitute Persons Relief Ordinance, was remanded till Thursday. Mary Louisa Griffiths, remanded from Monday, was sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment for stealing a diamond ring.
