PARLIAMENTARY DRAFTING.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. Sir, —I trust you will uotconsiderthe accompanving extract from this month’s “ New Zealand Jurist" unworthy of a place in your columns. I do not for one instant suppose that this or any other expression of opinion coming from a professional source will have the least weight with a Government which does not contain one single member competent to judge of such matters, and which has produced such a fund for future litigation as the statutes passed last session will certainly prove; hut yet it may be not uninteresting to manv of your readers.—Your, Ac., Censor. ■Wellington, November 12,1575. [The extract mentioned by our correspondent will be found in another column.— Ed. N.Z.T.]
