The Wealth of Nations Quartz Mining Company at Inangahua, Eeefton, has cleared up for the month of October 526 ounces of retorted gold, of the value of £2023, leaving a dividend of £I3OO, equal to four fallings per share, after paying expenses. This is tne fifteenth dividend paid by the company, which amount to £13,323, and, with £6SOO paid for machinery, gives a total profit to the shareholders of £°o 125 for eighteen months'crushing witn a fifteen-head battery.
