WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office, up to NOON on WEDNESDAY, the 17th NOVEMBER, 1875, for the above Contract. They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside, “ Tender for Kartigi Contract.” Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wellington, Dunedin, and Oamaru. NOTICE is hereby given that James Berger, late of the city of Wellington, music seller, was, by order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, made on SATURDAY, the second day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, adjudicated a bankrupt, and that the said adjudication became absolute on Thursday, the twenty-first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five. And notice is hereby further given that by the said order of adjudication it was ordered that the first meeting of the creditors of the said James Berger should take place at the Supreme Court buildings, in the city of Wellington, at twelve o’clock, at noon, on the seventh day next after the day on which the adjudication thereby made should become absolute, for the purpose of choosing a trustee and supervisors of the estate and effects of the bankrupt. And notice is hereby further given that the first meeting of creditors will accordingly bo held, for the purposes as aforesaid, at the Supremo Court buildings, in the city of Wellington, at twelve o’clock, at noon, on THURSDAY, the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
