It is also notified that in consequence of the master having been compelled, during the prosecution of the voyage, at a time when the ship was in great danger, to throw overboard a large quantity of cargo for the general good, Consignees will be required, before delivery under Bills of Lading, to sign an average agreement in ordinary form, as the same now lies for signature at the offices of Mr. Charles White, the adjuster of the : average, Greyat Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1875.
