Stuart, Esq., trustee in the estate of A. Mullins and Son, of the Hutt, to sell by public auction, on Tuesday, November 2, at his saleroom, Hunter-street, Wellington, at 2 o’clock, p.m., the following valuable properties, viz.— I. All that valuable freehold property — about 31 acres in the Upper Hutt, part of section 95, with a frontage to the Hutt-road of 1550 links by a depth of 2000 links, together with a substantially built store, dwelling, stable, &c.—late in the occupation of A. Mullins and Sou. 11.
