In this belief, and relying on the known interest which your Honor takes in the cause of education, the Education Board respectfully submits this subject to your earnest consideration, and trusts that your Honor will take such step 3 in the matter as may conduce to the advancement of education in the province under your charge.—Signed for the Board by W. GISBORNE, Acting-Chairman." EXPENSES OF COUNTRY MEMBERS.
