In Bankruptcy IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND. In the Matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the amendments tlxei’eof; and. In the Matter of HUNTER SHAW the younger, late of Barawanui, in the province of "Wellington, c irryinnon business in partnership with one Westwater Small, as flaxmillers, under the style of “Small and Shaw.” WHEREAS by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 18th day of September, 1875, the above-named Hunter Shaw was adjudged bankrupt, and that 12 o’clock noon on Monday, the 27th day of September, then instant, was thereby appointed for his creditors to meet in the Supreme Courthouse, at Wellington, for the purpote of choosing fit and proper persons to be respectively trustees and supervisors of the estate and effects of the said bankrupt, notice of which meeting was inserted in the Gazette of the 21st of September, then instant. And whereas at such meeting a sufficient number of creditors did not attend, and the said meeting was then adjourned for seven days. And whereas notice of such adjournment was gazetted on the 28th day of September, 1875, and at such adjourned meeting a sufficient number of creditors did not attend.
