THE EARTHQUAKE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. Sib,,—On last Sunday week, September 5, at llhrs. flmin, p.m., I, being in bod at the time, felt a very slight earthquake, which was also felt by a man in the adjoining room. I have not scon a notice of it In you paper, but if anyone else felt the shake, perhaps they will let you know, and so ensure its record by the proper authorities. —I am, &c., Seismometer.
