Public Notices WHEREAS, it lias come to the knowledge of the Patentees, Hamhleton and Richardson, that certain persons have been infringing a patent granted to them by Letters Patent, dated tho 22nd day of December, 1870, under the hand of tho Governor and the Public Seal of the Colony of New Zealand, for the sole right to make, nse, exercise, and vend within the Colony of New Zealand, an invention of an “ Improvement in Presses for Wool, Cotton, or other compressible matter,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all persons found manufacturing, selling, or dealing in machinery of the nature of the said invention according to tho specifications and drawings thereof, filed in the office of the Colonial Secretary of New Zealand, in contravention of the said Patent, will be prosecuted according to law.
