We have been requested to state that the Taranaki Will leave the wharf about 8 a.m. to-day, and will go alongside the Halcione for her passengers, returning to the wharf about noon, and after taking on board the saloon passengers will leave immediately for the North. The sailing of the Manawatu for Wanganui was unavoidable postponed from the appointed hour last evening until six o'clock this morning. We learned last night that the Colonial Government p.s. Luna had arrived in Westport yesterday.
