They must be addressed to the Hon. the Commissioner of Customs, Wellington, and marked outside, “ Tender for Lighthouse, &c., Capo Foulwind.” Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Welliugtou, Nelson, Westport, and Hokitika.
