WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office until WEDNESDAY, 15th September, 1575, for the ERECTION of a WOODEN LIGHTHOUSE, TOWER, DWELLING HOUSES, and OTHER BUILDINGS, on CAPE FOUL WIND.
