DR. KENEALY'S PROFITS.
Some weeks ago I made a general statement, says the London correspondent of the Daily Revino, on the the large sums of money Dr. Kenealy is making out of the delusion of the poor people in Glasgow and elsewhere. I have since obtained particular's, which have been furnished me by a gentleman who has had opportunities of making himself acquainted with the facts. Ho tells me that the net income from the Englishman is not less than £IOO a week—a sum which it is easy to understand when we remember the largo circulation of the scurrilous and stupid print, its price, and the absolute absence of other cost in getting it out than that of printing and paper. Then there is the Magna Ohavta Association, for which Dr. Kenealy claims 250,000 members ; and as each pays a weekly levy of a penny, it is easy to calculate how much he derives from this source. Then there is the profit from the monthly magazine published in connection with the Englishman, the very large profits accruing from the public lectures, and finally there was '£3o-00 collected a short time ago for the “ Kenealy Testimonial.”
