Manawatu, this day, at 4 p.m. For Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff, per s.s. Easby, this day, at 11 a.m. For Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff, per s.s. Taranaki, on Friday, at 3 p.m. For Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff, per s.s. Taupo, on Saturday, at 2 p.m. Edwaed D. Butts, Chief Postmaster. Mails for Australian colonies via Melbourne, per Tararna, close at Hokitika this day, the sth, at 11 a.m. • The steamer Hero is expected to leave Auckland at 10 a.m. this day, the sth instant. Telegrams for the Australian colonies or Europe via Java cable, will be received at the AVellington Telegraph office for transmission to Sydney up till 8 a.m. this day, the Sth instant.
