GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the owners to sell by auction, at his rooms, Lambton-quay— The schooner Canterbury, which has just undergone most extensive repairs and alterations, to the cost of £4OO, consisting of new top sides, timbers replaced where necessary, half poop deck taken off; flush deck new, fore and aft, of kauri pine ; new beams where necessary, new masts, new stanchions and bulwarks ; in fact the vessel is almost equal to new.
