Arrived: Taranaki, from the South. She sails North to-morrow. Sailed; Flirt, for Auckland. The ship Hannibal hauled from No. 2 berth and anchored in the stream yesterday. She will most likely sail on Sunday next for Newcastle. The barque Australind is advertised to sail for Newcastle this day, w The s.s. Stonahird will sail for Wanganui on Sunday morning at 8.30 sharp. The topsail schooner Bonny Lass arrived from Pelorus Sound last evening. About fifty of the Collingwood's immigrants were released from quarantine and brought ashore by the schooner Shepherdess yesterday afternoon. The general health of the immigrants still in quarantine is improving, and it Is to be hoped that ere long they will all be landed from Somes Island. The second officer of the Collingwood (Mr. Usher),_we are happy to state, has recovered from his recent illness, and has recommenced his duties once more. The barqne Especnlador resumed her voyage to Lyttelton yesterday. The s s. Stormbird left Wanganui at 11.40 p.m. on the 22nd inst., and arrived alongside the Queens wharf at 12.15 p.m. yesterday. Experienced fresh N.W. winds up to arrival. The Stormbird brought a large number of passengers, including the Wanganui football team. „ The p.s. Manawatu arrived from Wanganui yesterday morning. She sailed again last evening with several passengers and a full general consignment of eX The\s. Rangatira took her departure for the East Coast ports yesterday afternoon. The s.s. Taupo left for the South yesterday afternoon. She took several passengers, but small cargo from here.
