A New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, was issued on Thursday, the 22nd inst. It contains a proclamation appointing an annual meeting of justices at Taringatura Downs Petty Sessions District ; disallowance of the Wanganui Reserves Management Act, 1874, Amendment Act, 1875 ; proclaiming certain lands to have been taken for purposes of the railway from Wanganui to Manawatu (Wangaehn contract); an order in Council, removing' the Supreme Court sittings from Picton to Blenheim ; rules for District Courts under the Imprisonment for Debt Abolition Act, 1874 ; rules for Resident Magistrates’ Courts, under Imprisonment for Debt Abolition Act, 1374 ; jury list foxdistrict of Blenheim ; warrant appointing an additional polling place for the election of members of the House of Repi’esentatives foi' the district of Clutha; warrant for an additional polling place for the election of Superintendent for the province of Otago ; additional polling place for the election of Provincial Council representative); far Clntha; and a number of appointments, and notifications of certain resignations of appointments ; notice from London gives the names of places at which money order offices will be opened on the Ist of June ; notice under the Supremo Court Act; several applications to register companies ; and statements of affairs of other companies.
