The property comprises thirty-four acres of land, more or less, boiling-down plant, store and tallow shed, cottage, and smoke house. The above property is admirably situated, having a never-failing stream of water running thiongh it, and is admirably adapted for the following industries, viz., boiling-down stock, soap and candle works, ftlhnongering and tannery.
