The above property is admirably situated, having a never-failing stream of water running through it, and is admirably adapted for the following industries, viz., boiling-down stock, soap and candle works, fellmongering and tannery. . The property has a frontage to Cundy’s road, leading from the main line of road from Featherston to Greytown, and to side road, from Cundy’s road to the Tauherenikau River The whole fenced in.
