Messrs, sharp and pickering will sell by public auction, at noon, on Saturday, the 21st of August next, at their auction rooms, Nelson— THE YELLATON RUN AND SHEEP, Comprising 567 acres of Freehold Land, selected in spots so as to secure the run ; 1156 acres of Leasehold Land, rented from a private individual ; and 6600 acres of Leasehold Land, leased from the Crown. And about 2000 Sheep and Lambs depasturing thereon, with eight months wool on their backs. At the station are a weather-boarded house, garden, wool and shearing sheds, yards for drafting and conveniences for washing and dipping. The run is on the south side of Tory Channel, Marlborough, and has a frontage along nearly the whole length thereof, and is continually passed by steamers trading between Wellington and Picton, so that the facilities for shipment cannot be surpassed.
