In Bankruptcy. In the supreme court of new ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, . '1867, part XVIII., and of a Deed of Assignment made by ANNE MULLIN S and THOMAS MULLINS, of the Hutt, Storekeepers, for the benefit of their creditors, and which was filed in this honorable Court at the Registrar’s Office, Supreme Court, Wellington, on the 19th day of April, 1875. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of ARCHIBALD PAISLY STUART, of the city of Wellington, Merchant, the Trustee of the above estate, to apply to this honorable Court on FRIDAY, the 9th day of JULY now instant, for a declaration of the complete execution of the above Deed of Assignment. The application will be made before his Honor the Chief Justice, at his chambers, Supreme Courthouse, Wellington, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
