The arrival of the Hannibal from London will servo to further increase our already over accumulation of stocks in almost every branch of imported goods, and prices consequently remain at the low rates at which they have been for some time past. The Mary Miller arrived this morning from Adelaide, with 300 tons of flour; 150 tons for Messrs. Wm. Bannatyne and Co., and 150 tons for Messrs. W and G. Turnbull and Co., and as several other shipments are expected, the market is rather unsettled. We believe holders are asking £l4 to £l4 10s. per ton to-day, and probably may have to submit to a further decline. In colonial produce, Canterbury flour is dull at £ll 10s. per ton ; Oamaru do, £l2 55.; quotations, owing to the arrival of several cargoes from the South, and the anticipated influx of large stocks of Adelaide flour, being rather depressed.
