Blow, to sell by public auction, on the premises, Adelaide road, fcn Friday, 28th May, at 2 o'clock— The lease of Town Acre 768, together with buildings and other improvements thereon, viz., four-roomed house, let at 15s. per week; currier's shop, store-room, wool store, stable, and cart shed. The whole of the buildings are covered by insurance to the extent of £l6O. Also, Lime pits, tan pits, &c.
