We learn from the Greg Hirer Argus of the 30th ultimo, “that Mr. Justice Johnston is in the codification of the Now Zealand" Statutes, in pursuance of a motion carried in the Assembly of Mi-. D. M. Luclue, MH K Wo believe no attempt has ogen made to publish the Acts of the New Zealand Legislature in a connected form, easy of reference since the ‘Provincial Statistics,’ compiled and edited by the late Mr. Wilson, barrister, whose untimely end must still be fresh in the memory of our readers.
