THE VOLUNTEERS.
A rifle match between the Veterans and the Makara Rifles was fired at the Rolhill Gully range on Saturday last, and resulted in a victory, by 28 points, for the city Volunteers. The ranges were 400 yds., 500 yds., and 600 yds., five shots at each range. Appended are the scores : VETERANS.
