NOTICE is hereby given that the ordinary half-yearly General Meeting of the shareholders of this Company will be held at the Company's Office, Queen-street, Auckland, on MONDAY, 12th APRIL, 1575, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, to receive the report and balance-sheet for the half-year ending 28th February, 1875, and to elect two Auditors in the place of John Batger and T. L. White, Esqs., who retire, but are eligible and offer themselves for re-election. The Transfer Books will be closed from 30th March to 12th April, 1875, hoth days inclusive. A. BOARDMAN, Manager.
