Benjamin Smith and Co. to offer for sale by PUBLIC AUCTION, at his rooms, Lambtou-quay, on Thursday, the Bth of April, at 2 o'clock, that magnificent property in the Wairarapa district, known as the BELVEDERE SAW AND FLOUR MILLS. This valuable estate is situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Greytown, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills.
