GEORGE THOMAS is instructed by Messrs. Benjamin Smith and Co. to offer for sale by PUBLIC AUCTION, at his rooms, Lambtou-quay, on Thursday, the Bth of April, at 2 o’clock,' that magnificent property in the Wairarapa district, known as the BELVEDERE SAW AND ELOUE MILLS. This valuable estate is situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa,. a few miles from Grey town, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills. The Preehold consists of 1160 acres of splendid Totara bush, with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to be THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH In the Wairarapa.
