This valuable estate is situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Grey town, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will lie placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills. Iho Freehold consists of 1160 acres of splendid lotaiu bush, with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to be THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH In the Wairarapa, The land, when cleared, is admirably adapted for agricultural purposes. The Saw-mill is one of the most complete in the province, worked by engines combining 40-horse power.
