Benjamin Smith and Co. to offer for sale by PUBLIC AUCTION, at his rooms, Lambton-quay, on Thursday, the Bth of April, at 2 o'clock, that magnificent property iu the Wairarapa district, known as the BELVEDERE SAW AND FLOUR MILLS. This valuable estate .is situate at the TarataM, Wairarapa, a few miles from Grey town, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed iu close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills. The Freehold consists of 1160 acres of splendid Totara bush, with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to bo THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH In the Wairarapa.
