NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the sixteenth day of March, 1875, the said Eugene Bellairs was adjudged bankrupt, and by a further order of the said Court, dated the twenty-fifth day of March, 1875, the said adjudication was made absolute, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said Eugene Bellairs will be held on Thursday, the first day of April, 1875, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, for the purpose of choosing a trustee and supervisors of his estate and effects, and that the said first day of April, 1875, is hereby also appointed for the appearance and surrender of the said Eugene Bellairs.
