ON hearing Mr. Moorhouse, of counsel for the Trustees of the estate and effects of the above-named James Berger, and on reading the' affidavit of Mr. Oliver Samuel filed herein, ft is .ordered that the resignation of Arthur Rousell Baker of his office of Trustee of the said estate and effects be accepted. And it is further ordered that Joseph Edward Nathan; of the City of Wellington, merchant, be appointed, and the-said Joseph Edward Nathan is hereby declared to be Trustee of the estate and effects of the said James Berger, in the place of the said Arthur Rousell Baker. i By the Codrt.
