Arrangements have been made for the conveyance of passengers and cargo from Singapore to London by the steamers of the China, Glen, and Castle lines ; and from Hongkong to San Francisco by the steamers of the China Trans-Pacific Steamship Company, and of the Pacific Mail Company.
