The mails, via San Francisco, were delivered on the Bth. The mails by the Torres Strait lino were delivered on the Ist instant. Lord Cairns’ Judicature Bill is withdrawn. March 12.
The now French Ministry is formed: Buffet, Minister of Interior; Dufaure, Minister of Justice ; Say, Finance Minister ; Walloon, Minister of Public Instruction ; Mcany, Minister of Commerce. The other offices are unchanged. The Emperor William of Germany is ill.
