I, BARON RUDOLPH VON MIRBAOH, hereby give you notice that it is my intention to apply on the sth day of April, 1875, to be registered as a Medical Practitioner, under the provisions of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1869. - My qualifications are those of Doctor of Medicine and Member of the College of Surgeons of Munich, and Doctor of Midwifery ; and my diplomas are deposited for public inspection in the Registrar-General’s office.
