DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction, at his sale rooms, on Thursday, 11th March, at 12 o’clock, , The Equity of Redemption of the undermentioned valuable leasehold properties—1. All that piece of land having a frontage of feet to Ingestre-street by a depth of ■ feet , (opposite the Panama Hotel), on which is erected a nine-roomed dwelling-house,-with gas and water laid oh. This property is mortgaged to the Wellington Building Society, Grey-street, for six shares, being a payment of £4 10a. per mouth until the society closes. The lease has ninety-eight years to run, at a ground rent of only £lO per annum. 2. All that valuable piece of land, containing acres, situated in Words-worth-street, on which is erected three cottages, now let for some £69 a year. The bulk of the land is laid out as -an orchard and garden. This property is mortgaged to Hr.
