Also, 340 TOWN and 126 SUBURBAN SECTIONS situated in the. township of Bminythorpe, Manawatu district. The Township of Bunnythorpe is situated at the junction from which the railway lines to Napier, Wanganui, and Foxton radiate, and is 'within .a moderate distance of Palmerston. The land is of the richest-quality, consisting of flat bush, and the whole district abounds ■with the most valuable timber. The township possesses a frontage to the railway several miles in length. The Town Sections vary from J-acre to 7 acres each, and the Suburban sections are from 10 to 70 acres each. The terms of payment are—lo per cent, of the purchase' money payable on the fall, of the hammer, and the remainder in one month, or the original deposit is forfeited.
