In the event of a gentleman holding the above qualification, and otherwise eligible, being selected, the salary and other allowances will be not less than £SOO per annum. In the event of there being no applicant who holds such Certificate, the salary will bo subject to arrangement. Applications to be sent in on or before the 15th of April next, to W. H.
