NOTICE is hereby given that until further notice water from.the waterworks mains must be used for domestic or similar purposes only. ■ The mains will be charged at full pressure thrice daily, viz., from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Heavy penalties are recoverable and will be enforced for allowing water to run to waste or unlawful use thereof.
