The mains will be charged at full pressure thrico daily, viz., from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and from C p.m. to 8 p.m. Heavy penalties are recoverable and will be enforced for allowing water to run to waste or unlawful use thereof.
