NOTICE is hereby given that there will bo offered for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Provincial Government Buildings, Wellington, on THURSDAY, 25tb FEBRUARY, 1875, at eleven o’clock, forenoon, the following Crown lauds, viz : 14 valuable BUILDING SITES, situated in the Te Aro Pa Reserve, City of Wellington 2X26 acres of PASTORAL LAND in the East Coast district 1 section AGRICULTURAL LAND in the Taratahi Plain Block, Wairarapa district, and 1 section in Rangitikei district. Also, 340 TOWN and 126 SUBURBAN SECTIONS situated in the township of Bunnythorpe, Manawatu district. The Township of Bunnythorpe is situated at the junction from which the railway lines to Napier, Wanganui, and Foxton radiate, and is within a moderate distance of Palmerston. The land is of the richest quality, consisting of flat bush, and the whole district abounds with the moat valuable timber. The township possesses a frontage to the railway several miles in length. The Town Sections vary from J-acre to 7 acres each, and the Suburban sections are from 10 to 70 acres each. The lithographed plans of the sections will bo ready for distribution in a few days.
