NOTICE is hereby given that there will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lauds Office, Provincial Government Buildings, Wellington, on THURSDAY, 25th FEBRUARY, 1875, at eleven o'clock, forenoon, the following Crown lands, viz : 14 valuable BUILDING SITES, situated in the Te Aro Pa Reserve, City of Wellington 2126 acres of PASTORAL LAND in the East Coast district 1 section AGRICULTURAL LAND in the Taratahi Plain Block, Wairarapa district, and 1 section in Rangitikei district. Also, 340 TOWN and 120 SUBURBAN SECTIONS situated in the township of Bunnythorpo, Manawatu district. The Township of Bunnythorpo is situated at the junction from which the railway lines to Napier, Wanganui, and Foxton radiate," and is within a moderate dist uce of Palmerston. The laud is of the richest quality, consisting of flat bush, and the whole district abounds with the most valuable timber. The township possesses a frontage to the railway several miles in length.
