IMPORTANT SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTIES. /GEORGE THOMAS has been favored VT with instructions from Robert Port, Esq., to sell by auction, at his rooms, Lambtonquay, on the above date, at two o'clock, the undermentioned valuable properties, 28 allotments in Majoribank-street, fronting that and Stafford-street, all 40ft. frontage by a depth of 100 ft. for a portion, and the remainder 95ft. Also, an acre in Riddiford and Hunterstreets, to be sold in lota to suit purchasers, and one very valuable allotment situated in Abel Smithstreet, immediately under the residence of Archdeacon Stock. The above properties will be sold under the Land Transfer Act. Bellairs, Esq., to sell by auction on Tuesday (unless previously disposed of), The half of Town Section, subdivided into two allotments — Allotment No. 1. —Having a frontage of 132 ft. to Bolton-street, and 112 ft. to Wesley-road, on which is erected a Dwelling-house, containing seven rooms, with hall and conservatory, quite new.
