J. DUNCAN will sell by auction on Tuesday, 12th January, 1875, at his sale rooms, the following valuable City Properties, namely— Town Acre, No. 713, in Wallace-slreet, with dwelling-house, kitchen, aud outhouses, stables for four horses ; all built within past two years. Town Acre N 05.953 and 955, in one block, with double frontages to Stokesstreet and Adelaide-road. Flans of the above acres may be seen at the office of the auctioneer. Also, A piece of freehold land, 25ft. Gin. x 66ft., in Taranaki-street, together with that new and substantial dwellinghouse erected thereon, containing seven rooms. THURSDAY, 14th JANUARY. IMPORTANT SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTIES. GEORGE THOMAS has been favored with instructions from Robert Port, Esq., to sell by auction, at his rooms, Lambtonquay, on the above date, at two o clock, the undermentioned valuable properties, 28 allotments in Majoribank-street, fronting that and Stafford-street, all 40ft. frontage by a depth of 100 ft . for a portion, and the remainder 95ft. Also, an acre in Riddiford and Hunterstreets, to be sold in lots to suit purchasers, and one very valuable allotment situated in Abel Smithstreet, immediately under the residence of Archdeacon Stock. The above properties will bo sold under the Land Transfer Act. Also, 800 acres of freehold, situated in the Taiti, part cleared and laid down in grass, and the balance ’ valuable bush, fit for sleepers, or posts and rails ; together with 100 acres of leasehold property, and from 500 to 600 sheep, to be taken at a valuation.
