This Society, as its name implies, is founded on the same basis as the Wellington Building Society (terminable), which has proved of great advantage both to Investors and Borrowers. The rules of the original Society will be adhered to, except that the limitation of number of Shares to be held by one person will be excised. The Society will continue in operation until the sum of £6O is available for the payment of each unrealised Share. Entrance Fee,, 2s. 6d. per Share ; Subscription, ss. per Share monthly, payable on the first Monday in each month. On Shares realised, the paymont will be 10s. per month additional.
