The block, which will bo offered for sale in one lot, is, by the plan, divided into sections, numbered from one to fifteen inclusive, oaoli section having* one or more frontages to public streets, varying in width from 00 to 100 feet, which streets will be formed and metalled, and the footpaths kerbed, at the expense of the Provincial Government.
