Chief Postmaster, The steamer Tararua is expected to leave the Bluff at 9 a.m. this day (Thursday), the 2(ith Inst., Telegrams for the Australian colonies, or Europe, via Java cable, will he received at the Wellington Telegraph Office, for transmission to Melbourne, up to 8 o'clock a.m. this day.
